REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once the apparel item has entered production, printing, stitching, or packaging stage, cancellation will not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged item

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect product delivered

To initiate a return, customers must email reinshop@163.com

with clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations:

Incorrect size selected by customer

Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display

Improper washing or garment care

Normal wear and tear

Size Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order. Measurements may vary slightly (±1–2 cm) due to manual production.

Color Disclaimer:

Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

Refund Processing:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned product.

Refund reflection time depends on the original payment provider (typically 3–7 business days).

Custom printed or personalized apparel is non-refundable unless defective.
